Outside of school and research, Alyssa Fritz likes to crochet and knit, play sports and read. After graduating in May 2024, she is pursuing a PhD in Marine Sciences at the University of Georgia. Being involved in Maximizing Access to Research Careers (MARC), peer mentoring, and undergraduate research has prepared and motivated me to pursue higher education and a research-intensive career.
