The Interdisciplinary Plant Group (IPG) is a community of scholars at MU (faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, undergraduate students and staff) that collaborate to promote excellence in plant research at MU. The IPG Community Award was presented to Linda Blockus, Sarah Humfeld and Heather Tearney by the IPG Executive Committee. The award is to acknowledge and thank them for all of their tremendous efforts to help mentor and promote research experiences for undergraduate students working in IPG labs. Additionally, the award recognizes their incredible leadership and support of the FRIPS and BIPS programs.
