General Studies (floral design)

While planning for “Seeking Beauty,” I knew that I wanted to create a floral piece that was unexpected. In the floral industry, we design based on the emotion we want the recipient to experience, which is often happiness or love. My goal with “Seeking Beauty” was to produce an uneasy feeling that was resolved by looking further into the piece. My inspiration came from seeing the havoc in the world and the feeling that it might not get better.
